Your crisis evening service allowed my pain to be assessed by you, and for you to perform a root canal on my tooth from 10:00pm until 12:00am at your office. I appreciate the way you made me feel comfortable, as I am not a formal patient of yours. I was in such great pain that you saved my life!

Dear Rock,
It is important to let you know how much I appreciate the fine work you performed earlier this year on my teeth. You did extensive work in one day and I am now pain free for the first time in five or six years. Never before have I had four teeth worked on in one day but boy was it worth it. I do take care of my teeth but natural cracks happen and you did a fine job on the cosmetically correct repair.
Please pass on my appreciation to the entire staff, we all know it takes a team effort to run an office the size of yours so many thanks to all.
I know you are very busy and have many issues facing you in managing your practice in a competitive marketplace, but please take the time to let everyone know I appreciate the fine work and attention to detail.
